A white-label delivery engine for the Gulf

You have the clients and the relationships. We have the senior engineering capacity. Resell Managed IT, DevOps and Cybersecurity under your brand — delivered remotely by ONYX, invisibly, on Gulf Standard Time.

How white-label works

Your brand in front. Our engineers behind it.

1

You own the client and the brand

You keep the relationship, the contract and the invoice. Your client works with your brand — ONYX stays behind the scenes.

2

We deliver as your team

We work in your tools, your ticketing and your naming, on Gulf Standard Time — so delivery feels in-house, not outsourced.

3

You keep the margin

You resell at your price. We quote you a delivery cost per engagement; what you charge your client is yours.

4

We stay invisible

No ONYX logo on your client-facing work, no vendor badge, no direct approach. You are the face; we are the engine.

Why it works

Built to stay behind your brand

The things that make ONYX a quiet consumer brand are exactly what make it a strong resale partner.

No competing brand

We deliberately run no consumer brand, no logo wall and no named-engineer marketing. There is no ONYX identity to compete with yours.

Nothing to poach

Your client never meets “someone from ONYX”. The delivery team stays an anonymous engine under your name, so the relationship stays yours.

No UAE footprint of our own

We are remote-only and claim no UAE office. For anything physical we depend on a local party you nominate — structurally, that is you.

Non-circumvention in writing

We put non-solicitation and non-circumvention in the partner agreement: we do not approach, quote or contract the clients you introduce.

Engagements & service levels

Clear scope, clear service levels

We quote each engagement to its scope rather than list fixed prices — you resell at your own rate. Every retainer is delivered against a written SLA agreed up front.

Project

A scoped, fixed piece of work — a firewall migration, a cloud setup, a security audit — delivered to a defined outcome and handed back.

Managed retainer

Ongoing Managed IT, security or monitoring under an agreed monthly scope and service levels, run continuously as your delivery team.

Embedded team

DevOps or engineering capacity that plugs into your (or your client’s) repos and cloud accounts and works as an extension of the team.

How our SLAs are structured

Rather than advertise numbers we can't guarantee for every environment, we agree service levels per engagement. A typical managed SLA defines severity tiers (for example P1 business-critical down through P3 routine), a target response time for each, an escalation path with a named contact, coverage hours, and monthly reporting on what was met. We'll share a sample SLA schedule and — for reseller partners — the delivery pricing behind it under NDA.

Let's talk about a partnership

Tell us about your clients and the capacity you need. We'll walk you through how the white-label model works, share a sample SLA and delivery pricing under NDA, and put non-circumvention in writing before you introduce a single client.
