Helpdesk Support Specialist

We are looking for a team member to provide first-line technical support to users — logging requests, resolving common issues quickly and escalating complex cases to the right team.

Requirements

  • Confident with Windows and Microsoft 365 / Office
  • Diagnosing basic hardware, printer and peripheral issues
  • Working with remote support tools (AnyDesk, TeamViewer)
  • Familiarity with ticketing / helpdesk systems
  • Strong communication and a customer-focused attitude
  • Fluent Azerbaijani; Russian or English is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Receiving and logging requests via phone, email and the ticketing system
  • Resolving first-line issues and escalating complex cases
  • Supporting user accounts, email and core applications
  • Preparing and setting up workstations and peripherals
